We want you to feel iconic in your NiiHAi pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original NiiHAi packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
